All crisp lines and luminous colour, this Art Deco cocktail ring centres a vivid rectangular step-cut Emerald of approximately 2.05ct within a striking stepped rectangular halo of bright Diamonds. The geometric head flows into pavé Diamond shoulders, while a pierced open gallery lends an elegant architectural lightness to the design.

Crafted in 18ct White Gold with Platinum settings, the Diamonds (approximately 0.35ct combined) provide scintillating contrast to the Emerald’s lush green. A timeless statement of Deco glamour with beautifully considered proportions and superb sparkle.

Emerald measures 7mm long x 6.5mm wide, weighing approx. 2.05ct.
Diamonds graduate from 1mm to 1.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.35ct combined.
Ring band is 1mm wide at the back.
WEIGHT: 3.8g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct White Gold, Platinum settings, Emerald (2.05ct), Diamond (0.35ct).

STAMPS: 18ct PLAT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: The Emerald shows natural internal inclusions typical of the species, with crisp facet junctions and no chips visible under close inspection. The Diamonds are bright and well-matched, secure in their settings; the white metal displays light surface wear and a touch of patina in recessed areas. The shank and settings are strong with no visible repairs or evidence of resizing, consistent with careful wear.
