MEASUREMENTS: Ring face is 15.5mm long x 12mm wide.
Garnet is 12.5mm x 6mm, weighing approx. 2.95ct.
Pearls are 1.7mm in diameter.
Ring band is 4mm wide.
Weight: 4.1g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Garnet ( 2.95ct), Seed Pearl.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD: This Georgian 9ct Gold Garnet Seed Pearl cluster ring is in very good condition- especially when you consider her great age! Circa 1800, the Garnet is immaculate, with no signs of wear, securely held within its bezel setting. The Pearls are all present, although some show signs of wear, which is to be expected from a piece of such impressive age.

The Gold is buttery, with only minor signs of wear, and the band is robust and has held its form well. Due to the delicate nature of Pearls and the closed-back settings, we recommend storing this ring with care and avoiding wet or humid conditions. With plenty of wear left in her, don't hesitate to make this phenomenal example of Georgian craftsmanship your newest acquisition!
